Is there anyone out there who doesn’t like omurice or hamburg steak!?
I haven’t met such a person in my life yet.
At Grill Kajin in Chuo Ward, Fukuoka City, you can enjoy the fluffiest, melt-in-your-mouth omurice and tender, juicy handmade hamburg steak—all at an affordable price!
Information
I arrived at the restaurant around 1:00 PM, and it was fully packed! I had to wait about 15 minutes to get a seat.
Even on a weekday, the popularity was incredible…
The restaurant is located on the 5th floor of the Montblanc Building.
The interior has a calming atmosphere, with brown tones as the main color.
That day, there were many couples, but I also spotted solo diners and even some foreign tourists.
Review
Of course, I ordered their signature fluffy and melty omurice!
I also added a handmade hamburg steak as a topping.
The egg was delightfully fluffy, and the rice was crafted with care, making the combination absolutely perfect!
The handmade special hamburg steak was so tender and juicy, I felt like I could eat an endless amount of them!

“I visited solo on a Saturday around 1:00 PM. There were about 7–8 people in line, but the turnover was quick, and I didn’t have to wait long. There were also families with children, but the dining area was still peaceful, allowing me to enjoy my meal quietly.”
“The service was attentive, and I was able to enjoy my meal at a leisurely pace. The hamburg steak was the kind that overflows with meat juices—absolutely delicious! The hayashi rice and beef stew were also expertly prepared, with flavors that clearly show the effort put into them.”
